General Entry Info

• Enter by Sept 8 to nab the Early Bird Fees.
• Entries between Sept 8 and Nov 13 attract the Normal Entry Fees.
• Entries after Nov 13 incur the Late Entry Fees.
• Online entries close 12noon December 7.
• Entries received by 12noon on December 7 will be confirmed via email.
• All entrants must read all Race Info and Pick Up their Race Pack.

Withdrawals or Changes

• Withdrawals prior to Dec 4 will be refunded, minus a $15 admin fee.
• Changes to a longer event incur the entry fee difference.

Categories & Prizes

• All grades are decided by age on race day.
• The Open Men and Womens category are overall awards, regardless of age.
• Categories with less than 3 entries may be reallocated to the next category.
• Prizes will be awarded to categories with 3 entries or more.
• A prize will be awarded for best support crew – nominees to race director.
• A prize will be awarded for entrant with worst luck – nominees to race director.
• Prizes will be awarded to the youngest and oldest participants.
