Categories

> All grades are decided by age on race day.
> In all races the Men and Womens category are an open overall award regardless of age.
> A category must have 3 entries to be valid. On race day categories with less than 3 entries will be reallocated to the next obvious category.
> Prizes will be awarded to categories with 3 entries or more.
> A prize will be awarded to the best support crew – nominees must be made to the race director prior to prize giving.
> A prize will be awarded to the entrant who suffered the worst luck – nominees must be made to the race director prior to prize giving.
> Prizes will be awarded to the youngest and oldest participants.

Individual Multisport People completing the entire kayak, mountain bike & run by themselves. # Men (overall result regardless of age) # Women (overall result regardless of age) # Junior Men (under 20yrs) # Junior Women (under 20yrs) # Veteran Men (40-49 yrs) # Veteran Women (40-49 yrs) # Masters Men (50+ yrs) # Masters Women (50+ yrs) # Adventure Racers ( 2 or more individuals completing the entire course together. See Safety & Rules).
Team Multisport People completing the kayak, mountain bike & run in teams of either 2 or 3. # Mens (overall result regardless of age) # Womens (overall result regardless of age) # Mixed (team must have at least one woman) # Vet Men (all members over 40yrs) # Vet Women (all members over 40yrs) # Corporate (all members the same work place) # Schools (all members the same school)
